Bad cold and wet and painful. Was not dressed for this run ankle also started to hurt again so had to walk some, which really did not help keep me warm. My solution was to buy new brooks trainers (purple and so light) and to enter the regency 10k in April. which will keep me going after my half in Feb, I hope.
