    decided not to run this week to give ankle chance to heal. It is light week anyway so feel ok about it. So worked harder at the gym now hurt all over feel good

    Bad cold and wet and painful. Was not dressed for this run ankle also started to hurt again so had to walk some, which really did not help keep me warm. My solution was to buy new brooks trainers... read more

    took it easy testing the ankle it seems ok. It has gone mild again so left jacket and gloves behind glad I did got quite warm

    Christmas parkrun, santas, fairy, reindeer and presents all ran in the ice. I had a Santa hat and ran the whole way for the first time. It was so much fun ho ho ho
