good Cheesy Run!!! 20 mi 03:43 11:08 pace

Dude... 20mi is no joke!!! This was a tough one... A lot different from last week's 18miler since I didn't have that half hour break in the middle. Thought my legs were gonna fall off at mile 17 and I almost felt a little barfy toward the end. (but thankfully overcame it) It was sooooo nice to run into Courtney, Katie, Layla, and Alyssa during my last four miles. Really appreciated your cheers - just realized I was too spaced out to return them, oops! Then it was super awesome to finish and see Naomi and meet some new peeps :D

We went to Q afterward... Totally loved the idea of a tropical mimosa with my mac and cheesy with tater tots but when they arrived, I just had no appetite for them. :( Ended up chowing down on them five hours later.

Another super fun Sunday Runday! And wow, 20 miles... I'm pretty proud of myself :D Much better pace than I expected since GGP beats me down for some reason. This is my 2nd time I've run 20 even though I'm training for my 5th marathon... I normally peak at 16-18miles.

Three weeks to the Akron Marathon... I'd be excited about taper time but 12mi for next weekend is still a long haul for me ;)

If your legs don't feel like falling off after 17 miles, you're not doing it right. Hahah. GREAT 20!! :)
