Ran from Pateros to ABS CBN with Pinoy Ultra Runner and guest runners. It was raining hard but we had a blast. Loved it.

Holiday. Ran late past 9AM in hilly Tagaytay from Vista Mart to way past the People's Park and back. Initial plan was 16k but it felt good so I ran even more.

good easy run + barefoot 10 km 01:12 11:35 pace
easy run for 7k and took off my shoes to run unshod for the last 3k.

never tried barefoot. what made you do it? :)

It is the most natural thing to do. Actually, I have been running barefoot to further strenghten my feet. It helps a lot especially I wear minimalist shoes and when doing ultra.You should try it.

nice run! i've run barefoot only on a rubberized track. it definitely strengthens your natural gait. i'm looking at maybe trying out the Vibram Five Fingers footwear and be able to run on any other surface - maybe even race with it.

VFF is not yet locally available here. It is pricey too but I have heard good feedbacks about it.

Warm up for the first 2K with friends and then took off in sub-6 minute pace. I need speed for the next marathon.

good Intervals 9 km
Warm up for a few kilometers then followed by 3x1.8k intervals with 4-5 minute jog in between. Average pace is 4:10/km. Incline for the last 800m. What a workout, whew! My legs are okay today.

Easy run with some of Team Clark members around Clark (Sacobia bridge, etc.). The bridge overlooking the river brought a lot of memories during the TNF100K race last May.

Ran around Valle Verde, C-5, Libis, Eastwood and back to Ultra. Last 5K was in barefoot in track. Felt great. No pain. The shower after the run was refreshing.
