Mid to high nineties. This is my last outdoor walk that isn't Sunday's 5K. Sticking to the elliptical and yoga until we slip back into the eighties.

good2.6 mi 00:55Didn't get to go as hard or as fast as I wanted to. Had to be back for a phone interview. Also, as is becoming a trend, the sun came out during the walk, so the heat increased exponentially.
