    Kicked my joints collective, er, cartillidge. Yogi helped me with modifications. A little lightheaded afterwards. Enjoying brunch now overlooking Town Lake.

    Didn't get to go as hard or as fast as I wanted to. Had to be back for a phone interview. Also, as is becoming a trend, the sun came out during the walk, so the heat increased exponentially.

    Another great three miler. Thankfully I have a few weeks before the 5K to bring my time down a bit. I think I'll be throwing in some elliptical sessions to build up my endurance.
