Ended up doing the morning run at noon and its hot today. Ran to the pond and back and pushed it with endomundo today. Still slogging but maintained a steady pace with a slight slow down at the switchback. Ran 5, walked half mile.

    I am impressed you ran up the switchback... I always make sure my running mileage is up by the time I get to the bottom of the damn hill and use it for cool down. Great job!

    Well, I put the whole distance down including the walk portion. That hill slows me down but I slog up it anyhow. My run pace was still about 12:27. SLOW! I am going to get it down to a 12 minute/mile pace if it kills me.

    Great job. That is not that slow, If you can keep it going for 13 miles you will be just great.....speed is over rated! Lol!
