Hey Sean !! Good to hear from you. Yeah, I'm out there puffing a bit at the moment. Haven't run for quite a few weeks, and laid down some poundage whilst being idle. :-) 60 min easy run today - just gotta watch the junk food and keep at it....! Hope Wyoming is thawing out after the winter. We got it bad over here, but I guess it's all relative !!
