Felt like a snail (though it's not as bad as it seemed) and felt heavy and sluggish. The climate was lovely, though. Cool and breezy, overcast but not yet raining.

Thanks everybody. I like Daily Mile for being able to track everything. Gives me a good perspective that although I felt tired and slow, I was still moving along. Encouragement from people like you helps too!
