Ugh. It's been over a week since I got out, mostly because of my back and then my work schedule, and did I ever feel it. It was too hot (for me), and too humid. I need to get up earlier and get out before the sun really starts to burn. Tired legs, crappy cardio, couldn't get my breathing under control. Thursday will be better.
