YEEEEAHHHHHH, baby! I wasn't planning a run today, but I've spent all weekend working, feeling like a caged bird, so I was raring to get out for a bit. I picked my shortest route for the sake of time economy (lots of work still to do tonight), but I gave it all I got. Allowed myself a few short recovery-jog moments, but I pushed myself... and check out my new PB pace!

Am contemplating a duathlon sprint in August... 5k run, 20k bike, 5k run. A good starter goal, maybe?

    The duathlon sounds like a Great idea. I think you should do it and then tell the rest of us about it. I almost did one with Bryan R. but couldn't find the time to fit in a few months ago. I'm not much of a biker, but occasionally hit the trails. You're PB is getting wicked fast too. Nice!
