I ran w/Kathleen, who is just such an easy & graceful runner. I, on the other hand, am neither. She's getting faster and better each day, and while she challenges me, I'm afraid that soon I'll be running alone again. I am just going to keep chugging along w/her a couple of times a week, until she's a block ahead. :)
