Cold and slow. Running at 0840 on a Sunday morning at 41 F is new for me. I'm not fully functional until around 1000. I started off very slow - I'm convinced cold air as significantly less O2 than warmer air! Ran the first 3.6mi @ 10:42 and the last 2.6 @ 9:51.
