#running #twit2fit So now I know how a triathlete feels - just kidding. I've grown a little bored with my workout routine. So since I had some extra time today I came up with a solution - combined run and weightlifting workout. From my house to my gym is 2 miles, so I ran there, lifted arms & chest for about 20 mins, then ran back. I made it there in 20 mins, so for the return route I gave myself 26.5 mins to get home since I had pushed the pace on the way there and would be tired from lifting. I was amazed that I made it back in the same time, ending with a good sustained up tempo run.
