#running #twit2fit Much better run than last week, as I carried water this time. For some reason my mind and body fight until about mile 5 then I can settle in and have some solid sustain runs of 10 - 12 mins each. Felt good to beat my time from last week.
Ran the last 5.5 in 10:00/mi pace, and last mile at 9:33/mi pace.


Nice long run! I know how you feel. I felt sluggish for the first couple miles before settling and feeling comfortable.
