    Brings today's total to just over 5 miles. As usual started off slow but ran hard the last mile or so. Legs felt great, almost springy if that makes any sense. Achilles tendon is feeling better.

      Nice long run! I know how you feel. I felt sluggish for the first couple miles before settling and feeling comfortable.
