    8:50 pace for the 4-miler at what was supposed to be just under EM (easy-medium) pace, but was more like EM anyway.

    last 3 mins progressive from easy to easy-medium effort, but I think I accidentally began stepping it up from E in the last 12 minutes. ahh. no rain! feel great after.

    feet are sore though!
