      @karen c- Its's a bit of a challenge. I had the dog in my face, which changed the experience a bit... lol! I meditate regularly and try to escape from everyone.

    I showed up at Ganesh and learned that class had been canceled. I almost parked it on the couch, but found a yoga app and spent time on my mat instead.

    I had the opportunity to meet Karlee M. And run at SCP this morning. The weather and company was so nice. We did get rained on at the very end, but it was kind of refreshing.
