      Premshree: I do it with dumbbells and it gets tiring to have these weights hanging off my arms without any movement. I tried bigger weight dumbbells and my arms cried :-)

      Good suggestion! Barbell related exercises look scary to me, but I will try this with an empty bar on the Smith and see how it goes :-)
