    Started with SKIPS, then 6 x 50 fin kicks. Next I did 5 x 100 on the 1:30, and cooled down with a 200.

    Wow, nice pace! ;) We took 2 walk breaks for about 3-5 minutes each. Neither one of us were feeling it, but we got some miles in.
