Great while I was running. I was supposed to do 5, but I think I'm officially moving my long runs to Saturdays. I walked a couple of times to encourage team members for about half a mile.


I've found that Saturdays are my best bet for getting a run in. There is too much going on and I am too tired to do a long run during the week.
