Took the dog out this morning for some hills! I couldn't believe how excited I was for this workout.. and if it hadn't been for the TIRED dog, I would've killed the designated 2 miles of hills. Did a 1 mile warm up with the pup, then one mile of straight hills. The pup was so tired afterwards- literally sprawled out at the top of the hill on our last repeat. We walked/jogged back and then I went out for my own mile of hills. The plan only called for 2 miles total, but I just couldn't handle sticking to 2 miles!!
Splits: 10:37, 10:22, 8:50 (w/o the dog!)


Great job! Way to wear out the dog AND overachieve with an extra mile!
