Well, I really, really, really wanted to get today's run in... but only had a chance at 1pm. Pretty hot, very sunny. Took off in my beloved Hattoris and felt the speed! Supposed to be a threshold run, but I really just wanted negative splits... was doing and feeling good until I took a pretty bad spill at .7 miles. Finished the mile, looked at my knee and decided to cut the run short. Did another fast mile, then let myself off the hook for the third and final. Still happy with my times, considering there was lots of walking including for the last mile. Right knee and leg are very swollen already. Hope tomorrow's rest day helps.
Splits:8:17, 7:53, 10:33.
