Had an easy three on the schedule today.. it took everything inside of me to keep things at a 9:50 pace. I wanted to speed up so bad, but knew I'd be mad tomorrow during my 12 when my legs were tired. Supposed to be 80* by 6:30am tomorrow... gonna be a rough one. Oh, and last night I hit my knee on a bike pedal and now it's all swollen and is awful uncomfortable. Hopefully the swelling goes down by tomorrow!
