Welllllllll I really should listen to myself when I say I'm going to take the day off. The sunshine kept calling my name so I got out the door, but 1.25 into the run I knew I was done. Must have been running funny, because then my left hip started KILLING me. Walked back, with pain, but still enjoyed the beautiful day. Time to do some serious stretching and icing before I have a long shift at work on the hard concrete floor. Real rest day tomorrow.
