My legs were definitely sore after last night's 7 mile run. We started with tons of foam folling followed by plyometric hell. It hurt so good! We ended with box jumps. I was scared of the box at first but after practicing and figuring out how to engage my arms to help give me leverage I conquered the box 15 times! Can't wait until next week when we try the next box!
