great Treadmill Interval Workout 2.25 mi 00:23 10:13 pace

Decided to try a treadmill workout I found on Pinterest. Ran 1 and 3 minute intervals starting out at a really slow 20 minute pace (I know, I think I would go a little faster if I did it again) and working up to an 8 minute pace, which I held for 1 minute before going back to a more 8:30 minute pace for 3 minutes. I do this for about twenty minutes and then ran .25 at a comfy 9:30 pace. I'd probably do it again since it felt like a good workout and I like doing speed work, but I think I'd make the slower intervals a little faster--maybe more like a 13 minute pace.
