    50 burpees, 100 ring rows, 150 kettle swings (I have the blister to prove it), 200 walking lunges.

    1mi warmup at 10:54mm, then 2min intervals alternating 8:00mm and 10:54mm. Tough and had to take more 2 min cool downs than 1 min ones but got 'er done :)

    Not sure how metabolic this particular workout was, but what do I know? :) Lift till you can't lift anymore was the theme of this one. Was definitely fun to switch it up!

    10:54 warmup mile, 9:40 mile 2 and progressive during mile 3 from 9:13 to 8:34. Great run, especially considering I forgot headphones today! Usually turns me into a clock-watcher.

    Long, tough, COLD run. No idea if that time is correct because my phone died (from the cold - seriously!!) right before I finished, but should be close enough. Ready for some warmer temps!

    Tough workout on very little sleep - I always find when I am tired I am unable to breathe properly during workouts. More sleep!
