Last running effort before the race this weekend.Also did 30 pullups, 30 dips, other assorted upper body dealios and some stretching of ye olde legs. Ready or not, I'll be there. To all also running: May the wind be at your back, may it not rain on your parade, and may the road (hopefully) NOT rise up to meet your face!

I'll leave the poncho at home, but I will definitely be bringing a visor to keep any rain out of my eyes!
