Felt like I was going faster than 11:57 pace. Oh well. I assume I should rest next week for the half in 2 weeks, but the training plan I looked at surprisingly have you do 10 miles/2 hours the week before. I should see what I have done before.

    It depends on if your plan is a modified marathon plan, or modified 10k. Those that take from the marathon include a week of taper, those that are from the 10k school of thought have longest run 2 weeks out. I like doing the longer run 2 weeks out personally
