Couch to 5K week 1 day 1 with my girlfriend. She'd love it if you added her Michelle D. She got some new running shoes and did well after running for the first time in years. I need to figure out an efficient way to time the 60 second runs and 90 second walks, instead of resetting the timer each time.

    Thanks everyone...I use an phone app cause I don't have a watch...I downloaded an app that works better than CardioTrainer, as it has the lap feature...I wish I use a custom countdown timer, one that goes off at set times.
