    Ran first two miles at 6mph and the last at 5.5, once I lowered the speed I could have run alot further but I know my pace is speeding up and expanding.

    Cramping on stomach and super bad on my lower back. Couldn't take past the mile.

    Was tiring by the mile, pushed it to another half. Overall felt good. I would 1.5 is my new normal.
