    It was a little chilly this morning, but still ended up with a decent run. Not horribly fast, but an improvement over last weekend's run!

    Put in a nice set of timed intervals today. 5,4,3,2,1 at a 6:53/mile pace. Left me smoked at the end, but I was happy with the overall pace.

    Had to take a break from work and hit the gym. Interval training always helps me clear my head, and this workout was no exception.

    Turned my ankle about 2/3 of a mile into my run and had to cut it short. Guess we'll see tomorrow just how bad it is...
