Was able to get a comfortable pace of 6:30 along the route until dehydration hit me at Km 30. Cramps that even made me stop for minutes is very unacceptable. Overall, going back on my goals, I am glad with my performance. I didn't prepare much for the event that's why it's all I've got. Hit a new PR though of 3 minutes...
