Finally felt like a runner in this race. 1:46 Half marathon.. 17 mins faster than yesterdays Half marathon:). Negative splits the entire way!!! 1st 5 miles was 42:20 2nd 5 miles was 40:15 Last 3 miles in about 23 minutes (7:40 pace). Also today makes 130 miles run in last 9 days;)
