      I ran a PTRR pr yesterday, but only by a few. It's a hard race to go fast. If you had fun, the PTRR is a success!

    A horrible run. I couldn't loosen up and not sure why. I was going to do 4 and cut it short. I threw some lunges in during it to at least get something out of it.
