Oy! Hard. Worked with trainer Dave, to help settle on a goal pace for my Ragnar race, coming up. Did 2 and a half times the 1-mile route that had a 1/4 mile climb, 1/3 mile flat, then the last part a steep hill. Plus a 1-mile warmup, and maybe 2-mile cooldown. This heat made it super tough!
