    Watched a TV show at the gym on the treadmill would run 6.8 miles per hour during the show and switch to 8.4 during the commercials. Worked out well!

    Did a long warmup then 3 x 1 mile on the track first two around 6:30 and the last one was a 6:10 I was very pleased!

    May have been a bad idea, but did some speed training and felt great for only being two days out from the race. I am excited to push hard towards my goal race in December.

    Since this is a training race for my goal race in December I wanted to come in around 3:55 -4:00. Worked out great and the weather was perfect!
