That was a tough workout after yesterday's hilly run, but I had to make up the miles I missed on Thursday. I was really surprised by my pace because it felt like I was running in slow motion. Yay for me!

Yes! I got my butt kicked yesterday! I was half dead by the time we finished the first lap and the second lap nearly finished me off!
