BG Indoor Track workout 5 mi
I honestly forget how far we did but we did 10 minutes hard, 4 minutes jog then 10 minutes hard again. I'd say we probably did 6'30" pace. prob around 5 miles including warmup/cooldown

10 x 400 meters at BG Indoor ... 2.51 mi 00:13:30 05:22 pace
Stayed right around a 5.20 min/mile pace.. Each 400meters was about 1 min and 20 sec. Amazing workout. I really want to do a 5k now and see how these track workouts have improved my speed.

Had to take 3 days off because I was getting shin splints pretty bad, but I don't want to skip the track workout tonight so hopefully it'll be ok enough for tonight

great 27 degrees feels like 17 degrees 7 mi 00:56 08:00 pace
Also felt like I could have dental surgery my face was so numb. I braved the cold and it awesome except the last two miles when my ipod died and when every body part was frozen.

Lol, he may have only run a couple miles with me but he just starting running again. I'm gonna try to get him to do a half marathon or full someday haha. It took a long time to be able to do long runs like that so I do a 10+ mile run once a week even when I'm not training just so I don't lose my endurance
