    Weird commute this morning. Ran to Buchanan bus station via Woodlands (2.8) and then from Stirling bus to campus (2.2). Felt alright and quicker to campus from bus than I thought it would be.

    Hamstrings still touchy even with all the rest this week. Chased this with a 5mi walk with S on the canal.

    Three days off running and my legs....were still fatigued. But it was good to go shake them out and be reminded that my hamstrings get sore about twice a year for no reason I can really identify.

    No idea where this came from. Wasn’t in the mood to race or even run and just went out on effort and hung on. Crazy nice surprise, so was seeing S twice on course. Hip flexors incredibly tight.
