    Woo hoo! I got off work at 2pm so Marisa met me for a run before I lost my steam. Then I went to the gym for some steps. Gonna try to repeat tomorrow!

    4 miles of running in the cold with Marisa, followed by about 15 minutes of intense hives while I warmed up inside. Weird!!
