9:11, 8:37, 8:33, 8:14! I've never tried to run negative splits before, mostly because it's hard and I didn't have a watch. I accepted the challenge after I saw the drastic decrease between mile one and mile two. Mile 4 was ... let's just say I'm glad I chose a four mile run. I haven't had to practice deep breathing (controlled huff and puff) while running in years! (Maybe I never try hard enough?) But, it was quite the challenge. Really proud of my little legs!!!
