      @master jacob: mao pd gi ingon sa akong uyab pag abot nako sa balay with the new water bottle... unsaon pa kuno ni nako nga naa nmn koy dghan...hahaha just like the pic u posted a couple of days ago ba..hahaha dili kasabot ang dili runner..hehe

    1hr run. Had to walk 1min evry aftr 1km. Calves felt a little tight and body felt heavy.
