    Great morning run with my buddy Joe F. Ran the last 2.5mi in 16:15 (6:30/pace) with a lot left in the tank. That pace is starting to feel comfortable (relatively speaking).

      Adam - we started on July 7th and just finished our first block (10 weeks of class for 2 hours each day and lab 7-8 hours each day doing research), so they gave us a 1 week break before we start the organ-based, problem-based learning. ha :-)
