Gosh. Well, I'm hoping to run a 5k and/or do a triathlon in the next three months. Good goal??
Never be 350 lbs again. Set a good example for my kids. Show others that you can lose weight and change your life. Run more ultras. Run every day. Run happy.

I want to break a 30 minute 5K! I can do it!
New goals for 2012. To be able to run further, faster and stronger. To learn how to swim. To get better on the bike. And to have a good time doing it all!
