    Did 3 sets of 20 push-ups, 25 crunches and 10 each side side plank leg raises. (Stopped watch during this) approx did them after .4 miles

    Run felt fine but today was the allergic reaction run....face swelled, itching everywhere, welts...had to take benadryl--something in the wind??
