      I read this and thought "Hmm, she has some ginger before running, interesting idea - maybe it helps the stomach to settle? Or gives you more energy?" Then I remembered that Ginger is your dog's name. HA!

      I guess that wouldn't be obvious would it! Too Funny!
      I am going to try and stick with posting my workouts. I start out gung ho on these things and then taper off. I don't stop running, I just stop posting.
