      You are super women. Remember when you did two ironmans back to back with only 5 weeks( if I remember right) between the two and you went sub 10 on BoTH. Un-freakin-real! That being said I'm hoping that Kona five weeks before IMAZ will hurt the three ladies that are in my AG who are doing Kona before Arizona.

      i dunno why, but i think 6 weeks is a great amount of time for recovering and then ramping up again. it's good enough that you CAN recover, but short enough that you can still glide right into having another peak from all the training. but i get it, i usually second guess myself when i have more than 1 race planned in a cycle (and it's only 1 sport! i can image 3 makes it harder!) ANYWAY. you know it'll be alright. :)
