    Did 6am boot camp. Workout was great until the end - then she made us play dodgeball!?*** I don't like dodgeball. Would rather do situps, jumps, squats, whatever, but no more dodgeball please!!!

    Did my 6 am triathlon swim class. Learning to 'glide' in the water and become more 'stroke' efficient. Loving my class. Not sure how many laps I did - just swam :)

    After my 10 miles I swam. Felt good to get in the water after a run. Great workout day. The weather is cold with snow on the ground. There were times when I had that great big pool all to myself. It was great!
